🚚 When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
📦 Do you offer returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. Once the package is shipped, it's no longer our responsibility. Please make sure your size, address, and order details are correct before checking out.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more – securely processed via Shopify.
🧾 Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations once the order is placed. Everything is processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
📬 I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us ASAP at Kickvaultceo@gmail.com. Once it's been shipped, we can't make any changes.
👟 Will you restock sold out items?
